INVERTED TISSUE CULTURE FLUORESCENE MICROSCOPE

By staining the probe with a fluorescent marker and viewing it under a fluorescence microscope an image rich in details and of high contrast is created. In addition to the microscopes we offer high pressure mercury burners (HBO) as universal illumination system and specific LED illumination as a cost attractive and retrofitable alternative. High grade filter sets are included in our program. For the easy staining of fungi and mycoses we supply the fluorescent marker "Mykoval" with low bleaching characteristics.

Inverted Fluorescent Microscope-- TF 400 Long work distance plan achromatic objectives, wide field eyepiece, simply phase contrast make easy observing from culture flask and petri dish.Epi-illumination excitation more clearly image. So without dyeing, the transparent alive objects can be observed by Epi-fluorescent. Long working distance condenser can contain higher culture dish and specimen. This equipment is specially suitable for micro research of living cells in university, medical treatment, epidemic prevention department and farming etc.

TF 500 FLUORESCENCE MICROSCOPE

TF 500, Four FILTER Meet your applications for observations of phase contrast, fluorescence, polarization, digital camera and CCD adapter easily. Can be work with homothermal heat stage, patch clamp, assistant stage harmonious. Also can provide optional 96 NUNC. 72mm ultra-long working distance condenser provides enough space for culture dish.
Humanization machine design can make you work easily for a long time. Excellent steady quality can improve your work efficiency. Can be configured with four kinds of fluorescence excited parts, which is UV, V, B and G. Can change the observation mode between fluorescence and bright field. Fluorescence device is equipped with 100w mercury lamp box.
